Verticality Pole and Aerial Fitness

 

Verticality is the only ACE recognized aerial fitness studio in Western Kentucky that offers smaller class sizes with the most personalized experience for your self-development and passion for pole fitness, aerial silks, bungee fitness, and more! Whether you’re just starting classes or have been practicing for years, Verticality will provide a nurturing environment where you will strengthen the body, challenge the mind and unleash the creativity within. We welcome all levels, ages and abilities.

At our core, Verticality is a fitness/education facility, specializing in a skills-based curriculum that is fun, challenging and empowering. Our mission is to help both men and women achieve their fitness goals while empowering them with self-confidence and better body awareness through the use of pole and aerial fitness and dance techniques. At Verticality, we strive to provide an environment that builds self-confidence and self-empowerment through alternative forms of fitness and performance. We want students from all walks of life to come together to enjoy the sport of pole and aerial fitness in an environment free of judgement and stigma. We hope to unite the pole and aerial community by embracing all forms of technique and style.

All of our instructors are friendly, highly skilled and certified to create the best fitness experience possible. We believe that a sense of community is key and we are committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for our students. Our program provides members with the tools to ascend to their own personal greatness, whether it’s improving their health, boosting their confidence or achieving a specific goal. These positive changes resonate to all areas of their lives including relationships, workplaces, and the local community.
